Is your showroom still located in New York?
Yes. Our showroom is open 10am-6pm weekdays and located at 3 Mercer Street, New York NY 10013. You can schedule an appointment online or drop in during business hours.

What are your hours of operation?
Our office and studio's hours of operation are 9am to 5pm EST on Monday through Friday. Our showroom's hours of operation are 10am to 6pm EST on Monday through Friday.

Is my Roll & Hill fixture still made to order?
Yes, all of our products are made to order. This allows us to tailor each order to a customer's needs, and to make customizations if need be. Lead times are listed in the "Description" section of each product page.

Is everything still assembled/built in the US?
Yes, approximately 95% of the lighting we make is assembled by our team in our Grand Rapids lighting facility.

Which voltage do I need?
Depending where you plan to install it, you will either need either a 120V or 240V fixture. For a full list of voltages by country, visit www.worldstandards.eu/electricity/plug-voltage-by-country. Roll & Hill fixtures marked "Universal Voltage" will work with either voltage, so long as a lightbulb with the appropriate voltage is used.

What kind of lamping do I need?
The type of lamping will depend on the location of the installation, certification requirements, and the type of fixture. We offer two types of LEDs depending on the collection: LED replacment bulbs, which are meant to replace traditional bulbs; and integrated LEDs, which are built into the fixture itself. Please contact sales@rollandhill.com for more specific information.

What length stem do I need?
Most of our fixtures ship with a 35-inch stem, which is designed to be cut on-site to the proper length. If a longer stem is needed, we can add a 72-inch stem to your order. Certain fixtures cannot be height-adjusted during installation, and require a drop length to be specified at the time of the order. Consult the "Description" section and related spec sheet available on each product page, or contact sales@rollandhill.com for more information.

Do you offer customizations?
Yes, Roll & Hill offers customization services for certain products. E-mail sales@rollandhill.com for more information.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, orders can be rushed for a 25% upcharge. Rush orders typically will reduce a lead time in half. Rush orders require pre-approval from Roll & Hill and is dependent on production capacity. E-mail sales@rollandhill.com for more information.

Do you stock products?
All of our products are made to order. This allows us to tailor each order to a customer's needs, and to make customizations if need be. Lead times are listed in the "Description" section of each product page.

Do you provide technical documents?
Yes, spec sheets and installation instructions are located on each product page, below the "add to cart" button. Each fixture we ship includes a set of instructions in the box.

Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes, we offer special pricing to members of the trade; applicants must provide a resale certificate. Contact sales@rollandhill.com to set up an account.
